Bloomfield nonprofit Operation Fuel has named Gannon Long its chief program officer.
In this new position, Long will manage Operation Fuel’s utility assistance and clean energy programs.
Her responsibilities include working closely with Operation Fuel’s management team to drive strategy and innovation for providing year-round energy and utility assistance and promoting energy independence for moderate and low-income Connecticut households.
She joined Operation Fuel in May 2020 as the organization’s first policy and public affairs director.
