Shelton-based Logicbroker has partnered with Boscov’s to expand the retailer’s drop-ship operations.
The deal will expand Boscov’s ability to acquire goods directly from manufacturers in its Northeast and Mid-Atlantic market, Logicbroker said in a statement.
Logicbroker’s digital commerce platform offers Boscov’s vendors many connection options and the ability to process, order and return documents using its cloud-based portal.
Boscov’s, a family-owned retail chain, has operated a department store in Milford since 2018. It also has a Connecticut presence at the Meriden Mall.
Boscov’s Manager of Supplier Direct Fulfillment Jen Redcay said, “Drop ship has proven itself as an efficient means of fulfillment for our company and our customers. Logicbroker’s technology has modernized and streamlined this process, connecting us to our suppliers faster than ever and with a lower cost of ownership.”
Logicbroker Senior Vice President of Commerce Revenue Emma Cope said, “Like Logicbroker, Boscov’s values transparency, partnership and engagement. With our innovative Ccloud-based technology, the department store is able to optimize its drop-ship program to continue driving growth, profits and a better customer experience.”
Based in 1 Enterprise Dr. in Shelton, Logicbroker works with more than 4,000 brands and manages $6 billion in gross merchandise value per year.
