Portland’s Logano Waste Management facility is being sold to Boston-based Triumvirate Environmental. Having won a contract to dispose of hazardous waste for the University of Connecticut, Triumverate is expanding in the Nutmeg State. The deal is expected to close in two weeks, and Triumverate executives say it should lead to up to 15 new jobs.
