Local Realtors now can sell in Florida

Connecticut real estate agents and brokers will be eligible to sell real estate in Florida under a reciprocity agreement signed by both states, according to the Department of Consumer Protection, which licenses Nutmeg State realty sales professionals. Commissioner Jerry Farrell said the agreement was intended to allow local agents who retire to Florida to be able to sell property in the Sunshine State. “It’s been a top request for some time,” he said.
