An industrial building in Guilford has sold for nearly $1.4 million and will be used by a local contractor.
The 14,400-square-foot building sits on 3.2 acres at 320 Soundview Road.
The building is roughly 75% industrial space with two loading docks and one drive-in door, and the remaining 25% is office space.
The buyer, Daniel Secondino of PBA Properties LLC, plans to use the property for his own use with Premier Building Associates. Secondino was represented by Kristin Geenty of The Geenty Group in Branford.
Frank Hird of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented the seller, 320 Soundview LLC of Florida and principal Robert W. Scott III.
The property has a total appraised value of $559,636 and the sale price was $1.39 million.
