A partner at the Bridgeport-based law firm of Koskoff Koskoff & Bieder has been named president-elect of the national Public Justice Foundation’s board.

Preston C. Tisdale, a Trumbull resident, has been an active leader with the foundation for several years.

“We are all proud of Preston’s ongoing commitment to social justice,” said James Horwitz, managing partner at Koskoff. “He has a long history of fighting for justice, particularly for those who are typically underserved.”

Headquartered in Washington, D.C., the Public Justice Foundation is involved in civil rights cases, anti-bullying campaigns, consumer rights, gender and sexual rights cases, and more. Tisdale will assume the presidency in July 2023
