LLC tied to Torrington construction firm O&G Industries pays $1.37M for Avon office 

A limited liability company tied to Torrington-based construction services firm O&G Industries recently paid $1.37 million for an 11,416-square-foot office building in Avon.

Chapdelaine Enterprises LLC sold the 1977-vintage, brick building on 4 acres at 40 Darling Drive, to Darling Drive Associates LLC in a deed recorded March 12.

The seller’s principal is Paul R. Chapdelaine, of Newport, Rhode Island. Chapdelaine is also president of RMI Corp., a business management software company that lists the Avon building as its headquarters. 

Attempts to reach RMI were unsuccessful.

Darling Drive Associates shares a Torrington address with O&G Industries. Its principal, Matthew Oneglia, is property manager for O&G.
