A convenience store with fueling stations along a busy commercial artery in Litchfield recently sold for $2.95 million.
In a deed recorded Jan. 12, The Fueling Center Group, of Naples, Florida, sold the 5,349-square-foot, vinyl-sided convenience store at 250 West St. to West Street Petroleum LLC.
The seller’s principal is Paul N. Minichiello Sr. The buying LLC is headed by Anastasios Haraktsis, according to state business records.
West Street Petroleum financed the purchase with a $2.71 million mortgage from Celtic Bank Corp.
