Maximum Beverage, which has package stores in West Hartford and Farmington, said it has launched a mobile app that allows customers to request specific wines and spirits from the store by sending a picture of what they are drinking in a restaurant or elsewhere.
The app, called MaxBeverage, currently available only for Apple devices, also stores photos and related ratings and notes for future reference, scans in-store promotion codes, and contains information on upcoming tastings and events.
It was built by Newington’s Radical Computing Corp., according to Apple’s iTunes Store.
