The owner of waterfront restaurant Leon’s of New Haven is opening an Italian bistro in North Haven in late spring, authorities say.
Leon’s owner-Executive Chef Eddie Varipapa signed a long-term lease for his new eatery in 4,200 square feet at 344-354 Washington Ave. in North Haven.
H. Pearce Real Estate represented landlord 354 Washington Ave. LLC in the lease.
