Cable and network products vendor Legrand, which has its U.S. headquarters in West Hartford, has completed its acquisition of Iowa manufacturer Lastar Inc.
The deal, first announced in February, includes Lastar’s Quicktron and C2G segments, which are now part of Legrand’s data communications division.
Those brands add to Legrand’s North American product portfolio, which includes Cablofil, Electrorack, Middle Atlantic, NuVo, On-Q, Ortronics, Pass & Seymour, Vantage, WattStopper and Wiremold.
