West Hartford-based Legrand has made its second acquisition in as many weeks, signing a definitive agreement to acquire a Utah IT networking provider.
No financial terms were disclosed.
According to a statement from Legrand, Luxul Wireless is an IP networking provider for residential and small-to-medium business markets.
Last week, Legrand signed a definitive agreement to acquire Pinnacle Architectural Lighting, a manufacturer of lighting fixtures and architectural systems for commercial, educational, and healthcare applications.
Legrand,which specializes in structured cabling for housing and commercial applications, said the Luxul acquisition will help it boost its position in the home systems market. It will also increase Legrand’s position as a network provider for small to medium businesses.
