Leadership Greater Hartford has hired Valerie Taylor as director of consulting and training services.
Taylor previously served as a consultant and training colleague for the Hartford nonprofit and has worked as an executive coach, leadership and organization development consultant, trainer and facilitator.
She will manage Leadership Greater Hartford’s consulting and training services and also direct its invitation-only Summit program for advanced leaders.
Taylor replaces Melina Rudman, who held a similar position for the past two years. Rudman was recently appointed as pastoral discernment leader and executive director of the Spiritual Life Center in West Hartford.
