Hartford-based LAZ Parking Ltd. has established a presence in South Texas and assigned its Connecticut executive to oversee the operation.
Steve Gresh, formerly Connecticut general manager for LAZ, is the regional vice president  for the region that covers Houston, San Antonio and Corpus Christi.
Gresh will be responsible for business development, revenue growth, administration of leased, managed and owned parking facilities, as well as enhancement of parking relations with a variety of parking facilities’ stakeholders.

With the expansion, LAZ has 10 regional offices nationally, with operations in 19 states and 90 cities, said Alan Lazowski, chairman and CEO.
