National business law firm Hinckley Allen, which has a significant Hartford presence, announced Monday that it has expanded to Florida.
Hinckley Allen partnered with Florida-based construction and business law firm Ferencik Libanoff Brandt Bustamante & Goldstein to open an office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Hinckley Allen said its expansion into Florida “extends the capabilities of its national construction law practice to a market with a thriving construction industry.”
“Florida is among the most dynamic business markets in the country,” said Patrick A. Rogers, managing partner of Hinckley Allen. “This exciting combination adds depth to our national construction practice and enhances our business law capabilities.”
Hinckley Allen has more than 160 lawyers and is recognized as one of the nation’s top 200 law firms.
Based in Boston, Hinckley Allen has a location in downtown Hartford at 20 Church St. It also has offices in Providence, Rhode Island; Manchester, New Hampshire; Albany, New York and Chicago.
