New Jersey-based law firm McCarter & English has created a special group of lawyers and advisers –including former Mass. Gov. Paul Celluci — to counsel clients on the legal risks and business opportunities of climate change, the firm said. Stephen Humes, an energy law partner in the firm’s Hartford office, will co-chair the so-called Climate Change Group, which will focus on issues such as energy regulation, tax strategy, carbon footprints, insurance coverage and “green building.”
