Law firm Carmody has named Wesley D. Cain and Bridget D’Angelo as partners.
The firm has also elected Colleen Noonan Davis, Lawrence D. Paelet and Timothy A. Smith to the role of counsel.
Cain, a partner in New Haven, represents public and closely held businesses and nonprofit organizations in all aspects of their operations, from formation and startup through growth, ongoing operations and exit planning.
D’Angelo, a partner in New Haven, focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions, representing developers, institutions, corporations, families and individuals in development projects and real estate transactions.
