Andrew Lavigne was hired by the Connecticut Port Authority (CPA) as manager of business development and special projects.
Lavigne previously worked for a Washington, D.C.-based think-tank where his focus was on transportation, infrastructure, and national security issues, and has served as a consultant to CPA.
