Courtney B. Larkin, vice president of government relations at Travelers in Hartford, has been elected to the board of directors of The New England Council, a non-partisan alliance of businesses, academic and health institutions, and public and private organizations formed to promote economic growth in the region.
Since joining Travelers in 2004, Larkin has worked in state government relations covering the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Prior to joining Travelers, she was a lobbyist at Updike, Kelly & Spellacy in Hartford.
