A large, one-story building in Stamford that houses Solaris Racquet Club has sold for $7.55 million, according to the city’s land records.
The buyer of the building, at 23 Radio Place, is Radio Place LLC, which is controlled by Baseline Holdings LLC of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Attempts to reach Baseline Holdings were unsuccessful.
The seller is Frem Radio Place Corp, which is controlled by Elizabeth, Roseanne and Frank Gagliardi, all of Elmsford, New York. An email to Rose Gagliardi was not immediately returned.
The 42,360-square-foot building, which was built in 1972 and sits on 1.26 acres, was appraised at $3.98 million and assessed at $2.79 million in 2024, according to property records. Frem Radio Place bought it for $954,750 in October 1997.
