A landscaping business, A&D Landscaping-Construction, has leased a 1,000-square-foot unit at 2344 Foxon Rd. in North Branford.
The business’ principal is Jacob Araujo of East Haven, according to the Office of the Secretary of the State.
The lease is for one year, with the option to renew. Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed. The space is inside a multi-tenant building, an industrial warehouse built in 2005.Â
The landlord is Cooper Partners LLC. The Geenty Group, Realtors, based in Branford, served as sole broker. Cheryl Morris was the agent for the tenant, while Kevin Geenty represented the landlord in the transaction.
