Bill Kowalewski has been hired as the executive director of Southington Care Center, a skilled nursing and outpatient rehabilitation community.
Kowalewski had been senior vice president/administrator with The Jewish Home for the Elderly in Fairfield. He has worked more than 25 years in skilled nursing and long-term care in Connecticut and New York.
