West Hartford firm Konover Residential Corp. on Friday was awarded a new management contract for 152 residential units for the Ridgefield Housing Authority.
Konover will provide property management services for elderly, congregate, and affordable housing in the Prospect Ridge and Ballard Green communities in Ridgefield.
Financial terms were not discussed. Konover Residential Corp. is a division of the Simon Konover Co.
Konover manages more than 9,800 apartments, along with 3.5 million square feet of office and industrial space, and 2.8 million square feet of retail space.
