Kohl’s Department Stores is throwing open doors next week on three Connecticut stores — one in Berlin — that will employ 375 workers.
The Menomonee Falls, Wis., apparel retailer said Wednesday it also is opening stores Sept. 26 in Killingly and New Milford, among the dozen new stores nationwide that will debut this fall.
The Connecticut openings will bring to 21 the number of Kohl’s in the state.
Kohl’s announced earlier in the week plans to hire an extra 52,000 short-term workers nationwide for the upcoming holiday shopping season.
