🔒Kohls-anchored property in Orange fetches $7.05M

A Kohl’s anchored plaza in Orange recently sold for $7.05 million. In a deed recorded Dec. 19, a Delaware-registered limited liability company affiliated with the New York-based Jewish Community Fund sold the 87,670-square-foot, 1999-vintage plaza on 8 acres at 250 Bull Hill Lane to another LLC affiliated with Diamond Properties of Mount Kisco, New York. The deal was facilitated by brokers Todd Tremblay, Jack Laurendeau, Robert Horvath and Matthew Nadler of Horvath & Tremblay, working with Interstate Realty Advisors. Nadler said the property was sold as a tenanted investment. “It is a good piece of real estate, well located,” Nadler said. “We had a lot of interest and we went with the most aggressive buyer.”
