Architecture, engineering and environmental firm BL Companies recently named Derek Kohl and Julia O’Brien to co-vice presidents of operations.
Kohl and O’Brien will be jointly oversee BL Companies’ day-to-day operations, and will also continue to serve in their existing roles as executive director of engineering (Kohl) and general counsel (O’Brien).
In addition to leading BL’s operations, they will be responsible for helping to lead business development execution and marketing, financial performance, project management, infrastructure, human resources, information technology, legal, succession planning and culture.
