KEYS TO A NEW CENTER

A ceremonial transfer of keys from Downes Construction Co. to the University of Hartford signified the completion of construction work on the Mort and Irma Handel Performing Arts Center. The center is located in the former Thomas Cadillac at the corner of Albany Avenue and Westbourne Parkway in Hartford. Pictured, from left, are: John E.
