The Science Park Development Corp., owner of the New Haven bioscience and tech campus Science Park, has signed lease expansions and renewals with several key tenants involving 47,000 square feet, said broker Colliers International in New Haven.
Tenants recommitting to leases at 5 Science Park include the Clifford Beers Guidance Clinic, which provides pediatric mental health services, Fitscript, a health tech startup that developed an exercise app for diabetics, and Arvinas LLC, a growing biopharmaceutical company which in January announced plans for an 8,500-square-foot expansion at the site.
Meanwhile another tenant, Valisure, has leased an additional 1,800 square feet for its pharmaceuticals retailing startup, Colliers International said. The company has developed technology to analyze the content of medicines to ensure its quality.
The real estate firm said additional tenants are being sought for spaces ranging from 160 square feet up to a 9,000-square-foot laboratory-office space.

Cheshire pool & spa company lease
Aloha Swimming Pools & Spas has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in Country Plaza, a 26,000-square-foot strip mall on Route 10 in South Cheshire, brokers said.

Derby hair salon lease
Zenomes LLC has signed a five-year lease for the 1,652-square-foot former Peachwave space in Derby’s Shoprite Plaza at 49 Pershing Dr. to open a Great Clips Salon, the 10th to open in the region in the last 18 months, brokers said.
The Proto Group of North Haven represented Great Clips, while Royal Properties of Bronxville, N.Y. represented the landlord, Grade A Market Inc.
Vein clinic lease in Orange
International Vein Clinics of Stratford has signed a five-year lease valued at $188,900 for 3,026 square feet of medical space at 236 Boston Post Road in Orange, brokers said.
The Proto Group of North Haven represented the tenant, while Coldwell Banker Orange represented the landlord, Orange-based Monarch Properties.
Branford warehouse sublet
R&R Freight Services LLC, a products distribution company, is subletting 24,500 square feet of warehouse space in an 85,000-square-foot building at 20 Thompson Road in Branford, brokers said.
The Geenty Group, Realtors, of Branford represented all parties.
