East Hartford IT provider Kelser Corp. said it has acquired Foundation Systems Group, a fellow Connecticut firm.
Kelser said the all-cash buyout of FSG — which is based in Ellington with a tech center in Newington — enhances its network infrastructure offerings.
Financial terms were not disclosed. Ryan Zaushny, co-founder and principal consultant for FSG, will join Kelser in a leadership role.
Kelser said it recently expanded its headquarters and demo center in East Hartford. The company also said it has grown its workforce by 18 percent this year.
