Robert E. Kell has joined the United Bank as senior vice president and will lead the West Springfield bank’s first loan office in the Nutmeg State.
Kell will head up the bank’s entry into the Connecticut market, a new loan production office located at 115 Glastonbury Blvd. in Glastonbury, where he will focus on developing commercial and industrial loans and commercial real estate relationships.
Kell brings more than 30 years of experience, most recently as senior vice president with TD Bank in Glastonbury. His background also includes roles in various capacities of asset based lending, small business lending, commercial and industrial, and commercial real estate lending for several Connecticut and Rhode Island community banks.
He is a director of several non-profit organizations including Brian House and Adult Vocational Program. He is also a Justice of the Peace.
