George Keith has joined Janney Montgomery Scott LLC as senior vice president and manager of the wealth management firm’s Connecticut operations, which includes offices in Fairfield, Glastonbury, Darien and West Hartford.
Keith brings more than 35 years of financial services experience. He began his career as a CPA at Touche Ross (now Deloitte). In 1980, he joined Paine Webber where he served as the resident manager of the Hartford office, before assuming the same role in the firm’s largest branch office, located in New York City. In addition, Keith has held senior management positions with AllianceBernstein, ScudderKemper, Dreman Value and Fidelity, before most recently serving as president and COO of a Connecticut based investment firm.
He will be based in Darien.
