Farmington’s KBE Building Corp. has promoted Erica Millard to preconstruction manager.
Millard has been with KBE for two years, working as a senior project engineer and member of its estimating team.
She has several LEED certifications and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Virginia.
