Paul Kauffman has joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a managing director with its Stamford office. He will provide strategic real estate services to tenants and building owners throughout Connecticut and the New York metropolitan area.
Kauffman, 50, has 28 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including leasing, sales and brokerage advisory services. He has negotiated many of the largest commercial lease and sales transactions in Fairfield County and the New York metro area.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Kauffman served as an executive vice president with Cushman & Wakefield Inc. and was based out of the firm’s Stamford office. He joined the firm in 1984 as an associate.
