Kathy Nanowski Joins Weston & Sampson as Director of Client Development

Weston & Sampson welcomes Kathy Nanowski, MBA, CPSM, as Director of Client Development in their Rocky Hill office. Kathy has 25 years of experience in leadership positions involving strategic initiatives for marketing, communications, and business development. She has led enterprise and platform-level initiatives and has a proven ability to align growth strategy, brand, and client experience. Kathy will support the firm’s growth by building the systems, discipline, and alignment needed to turn strategy into predictable, scalable results. She holds a MBA and a BS in Marketing, both from Central Connecticut State University, and is a Certified Professional Services Marketer by the Society for Marketing Professional Services.
