Margot Larson, a founding partner of Avon HR consulting firm KardasLarson, is retiring from day-to-day operations.
Larson, who founded the firm in 2004 with Carol Kardas, will remain on the board of directors and as partner emeritus, consulting on a limited basis. Larson previously founded Management Alternative in 1990.
Meanwhile, KardasLarson has named Vice President Nick Daukas a managing partner starting in January. He has more than 30 years of experience in operations, HR and consulting.
Daukas is on the board of directors of the Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut.
