Attorney Jonathan A. Kaplan has joined Pullman & Comley LLC, as an associate in the litigation department of the law firm’s Hartford office.
Kaplan practices in the area of commercial litigation and handles business disputes, commercial foreclosures and bankruptcy-related litigation. Before joining Pullman & Comley, he was with a boutique law firm in Hartford.
Earlier in his career, Jonathan was with a New York law firm where he focused his practice on commercial litigation and bankruptcy. He assisted in the drafting of the Seller’s Remedy Manual, a primer for creditors as customers default and file for bankruptcy. Topics covered included pre-bankruptcy state law rights under the Uniform Commercial Code and assumption of contracts in bankruptcy.
The firm has offices in Bridgeport, Hartford, Stamford, Waterbury and White Plains.
