Bloomfield aerospace parts manufacturer Kaman Corp. on Feb. 7 will transfer its stock listing to the New York Stock Exchange from the NASDAQ Global Select Market.
Most of Kaman’s customers, suppliers and peers already are on the NYSE, and the Bloomfield company decided to make the switch from NASDAQ, said William Denninger, Kaman senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Kaman will continue to trade under its current ticker KAMN.
To celebrate the transfer, Kaman representatives will ring the NYSE Opening Bell on April 5. Kaman is the 200th company to switch to NYSE from NASDAQ since 2000.
Kaman has 26.2 million common shares of stock currently trading on NASDAQ. The stock was priced at $31.10 on Friday afternoon.
