Bloomfield aerospace and industrial manufacturer Kaman Corp. said it has completed its acquisition of B.W. Rogers Co.
The Ohio company, which did $100 million in sales last year, is one of the largest distributors of Parker Hannifin motion and control products. Kaman said the acquisition, first announced in late February, would expand its reach in the fluid power and automation markets.
Kaman has not disclosed the purchase price.
