Bloomfield-based aerospace, defense and medical manufacturer Kaman Corp. has completed the purchase of the wheel and brake division of an Ohio-based technology firm, the company announced.
Kaman has closed on its purchase of Parker-Hannifin Corp.’s aircraft wheel and brake division, the company said Monday. According to Parker, the division had annual sales of about $70 million.
Parker-Hannifin is an Ohio-based motion and control technology company. According to Parker, this coincides with another move. The European Commission recently cleared Parker’s acquisition of Meggitt PLC, conditional on the divestment of Parker’s aircraft wheel and brake division.
The company announced on Sept. 13 it has completed its acquisition of Meggitt.
