Lisa Kalafus has been appointed chief nursing officer at Gaylord Hospital in Wallingford. Kalafus brings 30 years of nursing experience from St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport, where she most recently was director of nursing operations. She also led the development of the clinical informatics department, and has held a number of leadership positions throughout her nursing career.
