Kaestle Boos Associates Inc., a New Britain-based architectural firm, announced the promotions of four employees.
Architect Luke McCoy, a landscape architect, was promoted from associate principal to principal. Gregory Joynt, David McKinley and Brennan White were all promoted to associates.
