To The Editor:
It’s difficult enough to find work in Connecticut in this recession without adding a tax to our services as parking consultants (“Tax Bills Aimed At Business,” Feb. 16, 2009). It would be another cost to clients who are considering developing projects in the state, which are already far and few between.
Our company [Desman Associates] could conceivably cover any work in Connecticut from our Boston and New York offices, and I know we are not the only firm with facilities in adjacent states.
