Wayne G. Mulligan was appointed vice president of emergency services at the Connecticut Broadcasters Association in Windham. Mulligan was previously general manager of Buckley Broadcasting before his retirement.

Jeremy Teitelbaum was hired as dean of the college of liberal arts and sciences at the University of Connecticut. Teitelbaum was professor of mathematics and senior associate dean at the University of Illinois at Chicago before this position.
ING hired Ann B. Glover as chief marketing officer for the company’s ING Americas operations in Windsor. Glover was previously chief marketing officer at The Hartford Financial Services Group.
Lockton Cos. in Farmington hired Vicky R. Mobley as account administrator in the commercial insurance department. Mobley was formerly underwriter assistant at Joseph Krar & Associates Inc. The company also appointed Michael LaFleur account manager in the commercial insurance department. LaFleur was previously agent at T.M. Burgess & Co. Inc.
