Frederick (Rick) F. Judd III has been promoted to executive vice president, wealth management at Union Savings Bank in Danbury. He will oversee the bank’s trust department and brokerage services with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. Previously, Judd worked as senior vice president of trust and wealth management for The First National Bank of Litchfield and joined Union Savings Bank when the banks merged in 2010. He is a board member for the Litchfield Community Center and a graduate of St. Michael’s College in Colchester, Vt.
