LaKisha Jordan has been promoted to corporate responsibility officer for KeyBank’s Connecticut and Western Massachusetts market. Jordan will be responsible for driving KeyBank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) compliance within its Connecticut and Greater Springfield market areas. She also will work with local KeyBank leadership and community organizations on critical community issues facing those markets.
Jordan has more than 15 years of experience in financial services and banking. She joined KeyBank as a relationship officer for the commercial banking team in 2016 and previously spent nine years at Bank of America.
