Global real estate services firm Jones Lang LaSalle, which has a presence in Hartford, said its appointed James M. Tierney as market director for New England.
Tierney, former chief of staff and special counsel to the director of the Boston Redevelopment Authority since 2007, will start work for JLL in March.
