The Hartford Chapter of the Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut has elected John Alissi its next president.
Alissi currently serves as the president of law firm Updike, Kelly & Spellacy PC and is a member of the firm’s corporate law department where he focuses his practice in the area of banking and commercial law, business law, real estate financing and leasing and public finance.
Alissi represents commercial banks, finance companies and other debt and equity providers in all aspects of commercial lending, including acquisition and construction financing, permanent mortgage financing, syndicated loans, and participation agreements.
