Jewett City Savings Bank elects new board chair, vice chair; names new VP, controller

Jewett City Savings Bank has elected a new board chair and vice chair, and hired a new vice president and controller.

Diane Manning has been elected as the bank’s first-ever female board chair. She has  been a corporator of the bank since 2004, and joined the board of directors in 2007. She has served as the president and CEO of United Services Inc., in Dayville, for over 20 years.

Brian Andstrom has been elected vice chair. He has more than 45 years of experience as a real estate broker and developer in Connecticut. 

Jonathan M. Roy has joined the bank as vice president, controller.

Roy brings over nine years of experience in financial statement auditing services to the bank, previously serving as audit manager at Wolf and Company P.C.
