Jersey Mike’s Subs has postponed the opening of its new store in West Hartford, near the Hartford line, to May 14.
The sandwich shop at 18 Kane St. was originally scheduled to open on Wednesday. A spokesperson for the chanin said opening dates are only estimates but can typically be confirmed a week in advance.
Jersey Mike’s will be in a newly developed section of Prospect Plaza, which also includes Chipotle and Teriyaki Madness.
It’s the 45th Jersey Mike’s location in Connecticut.

Other new Jersey Mike’s locations in Clinton and Killingly are still on track to open in early/mid June and July, respectively.
