Hartford-based JCJ Architecture recently announced the hiring of Shaowen Chou and Raymond C. Bordwell.
Chou is an associate principal and senior project manager, while Bordwell is a principal and community market sector leader.
Shaowen spent the majority of her career at BAR Architects. She has experience leading interdisciplinary teams on projects spanning mixed-use retail/residential, arts/entertainment, luxury hotel, and resort developments across the United States and overseas. Â
Bordwell’s experience includes serving as an instructor for the Office of Executive Education at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design, and holding leadership positions at a national level for prominent firms such as Perkins Eastman and Perkins & Will.Â
